What's our policy on permanent links? I see that we've got MetaFilter there, but nothing else. I say we each make some submissions (complete with links, of course) and discuss the merits of each and every proposed permanent link before they get to appear here in paradise. And i move that each individual's submissions are compiled in their own post. (Three people, three threads.) Discussions would carry on within comments. Sound good?

I believe we should hear from EM (or whoever) before we officially change the URL.
Once he puts forth his opinion, I'd say we're a go.
